Roger Bacon鈥檚 Bacevich Stadium temporarily closed after storm damage
Two high schools will be scrambling to move locations for football and soccer games after this week鈥檚 severe storms. Roger Bacon High School announced on Thursday, Aug. 13, that its home stadium, Bron Bacevich Memorial Stadium, needs to have its turf replaced and will be closed for at least the next two months. A press release from the administration said that after the storms, a storm sewer beneath the stadium overflowed, contaminating the field.
