Wolfpack Picked First in Preseason Poll; Caton Named to ACC Preseason Watch List
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - NC State men's soccer midfielder Tyler Caton was named to the ACC Preseason Watch List while the Wolfpack was picked to finish first in the ACC Preseason Coaches Poll, the league announced Wednesday afternoon. Caton, a senior from Surrey, England, enters his second season as a member of the Wolfpack. In 2025, Caton started 20 of NC State's 23 matches in the midfield while averaging 80 minutes per appearance.
