Training Camp Begins for Emporia State Cross Country
Men's Cross Country | 8/12/2026 10:02:00 AM August 12, 2026-The Emporia State cross country teams began their training camp at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning with a series of runs and VO2 testing. Coach Justin Hill welcomes back five of the top six women and four of the top five women runners from last year and have a total of 18 men and 15 women in the program this year.
