Tommies fall in home opener
ST. PAUL, MINN.- The St. Thomas Tommies were blanked 4-0 by the Marquette Golden Eagles in Wednesday's home opener. Goalkeeper Sophia Alvarez tallied 3 second half saves in goal. First Half The Golden Eagles struck first scoring in the fourth minute to take a 1-0 lead. They then scored again at the 24th and 38th minute to take a 3-0 lead into the half. Second Half Marquette extended their lead in the 62nd minute to 4-0.
