Harrison’s season was going to ride on the strength of its pitching staff. Through injuries, the Raiders got clutch performances on the mound on their way to a repeat sectional championship, highlighting the Class 3A and 4A programs in Greater Lafayette this season. McCutcheon proved a worthy adversary, seeing its season end to its rival behind one of those stellar postseason performances, and Twin Lakes continued to show it’s still a threat in Class 3A with plenty of underclassmen who’ll run it back next season.
