Knox Athletics Welcomes New Staff to Prairie Fire Community
Matt Bowman joins Prairie Fire Athletics as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. From 2017-21, Bowman served in the United States Marine Corps before playing football at Thomas University, where he was a three-year captain. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Thomas. Lindsay Spring has joined the Prairie Fire Sports Medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer after completing the master’s program in Athletic Training at Northern Illinois University.
