Tyson Philpot Tops the CFL鈥檚 Players of the Week List
Montreal, August 11, 2026 鈥� Wide receiver Tyson Philpot finished first among the Canadian Football League鈥檚 (CFL) Week 10 Players of the Week. Philpot, a regular recipient of this honour, was also named Player of the Week in Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 9. Philpot caught 10 passes for 131 yards and three touchdowns, including a 56-yard reception. His performance helped the Alouettes defeat the Elks 48-30 last Saturday. It was already his sixth game with at least 100 receiving yards.
