Receivers Philpot, Johnson, Coxie named CFL鈥檚 top players for Week 10
Montreal receiver Tyson Philpot, Saskatchewan receiver KeeSean Johnson and Toronto receiver Damonte Coxie have been named the top players for Week 10 of the CFL season. Philpot recorded 10 receptions for 131 yards and three touchdowns in the Alouettes' 48-30 win over Edmonton on Saturday. Philpot, from Delta, B.C., has 1,154 receiving yards through nine games. He is 508 yards shy of Terry Evanshen's Canadian single-season record of 1,662 yards, set with the Calgary Stampeders in 1967.
