EAST PEORIA — Casey Frietsch has known the soccer scene in East Peoria all his life, but he's never seen it from this vantage point before. Frietsch, a former student at East Peoria who played three years at the varsity level with the Raiders before going on to spend four years at Eureka College, held the position of assistant coach last season.
