CF Montreal is adding some South American talent. Alexis S谩nchez, Chile's all-time leading goal scorer, is signing with Montreal's MLS squad as a designated player, according to The Athletic's Tom Bogert. Chilean outlet El Deportivo LT was first to report the news. S谩nchez's professional career includes stops with Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester United and Inter Milan. He spent last season in La Liga with Sevilla, where he scored four goals in 28 games. The 37-year-old has 128 appearances with the Chilean national team, scoring 51 times in that span.
