Grubb Becomes First Panther to Make Top-64 Cut at U.S. Women鈥檚 Amateur
HIGH POINT, N.C. 鈥� For the first time in school history, a High Point University women's golfer made the Top-64 cut of the U.S. Women's Amateur as Makayla Grubb advanced on August 6 at The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tenn. The rising sophomore played two rounds of stroke play, shooting 76 and 72 (+4) to finish T51 and earn a place in match play.
