Grinnell soccer teams honored for academics by USC
USC Team Academic Award Winners KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Last season’s Grinnell College soccer teams have again earned the prestigious United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award. Women’s coach Kirsten Koester and men’s coach Brian Jaworski have had teams win this award multiple times. The honor goes to squads with a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Only 175 schools from all levels of NCAA, NAIA and JUCO had both men’s and women’s teams earn the award. A total of 326 men’s programs and 451 women’s teams were honored.
