Women鈥檚 Soccer, Women鈥檚 Ice Hockey, Champions, Track and Field: Katie Diem and Isaiah Brunache Earn Overall SUNY Scholar Athlete of the Year Awards
SUNY Cortland senior women’s soccer and women’s ice hockey player Katie Diem (Fairport) and senior men’s track and field athlete Isaiah Brunache (Bennington, VT/Mount Anthony Union) have been named the overall State University of New York (SUNY) Division III Scholar Athletes of the Year for the 2025-26 school year. Diem is the top scholar athlete among all Division III women’s sports in the SUNY system, while Brunache is the top scholar athlete among all SUNY Division III men’s sports.
