Port Washington Little League secured its first win of the Little League World Series Metro Region tournament on Saturday, Aug. 8, marking the team鈥檚 first-ever regional victory. The team held Lincoln, R.I., to three runs in the 10-3 opening round victory. Rhode Island went through four pitching changes in the six-inning game, but Port Washington already held a 6-0 advantage by the bottom of the third inning.
