MORTON — Even before game one of the 2026 season, Morton boys soccer is facing some competition. That competition, friendly in nature, is coming from its own school after its girls program advanced to the Class 2A State Finals in the spring in head coach Zach Statham’s first year. His Potters boys team is eager to make a similar impact after making a significant improvement last season.
