What Marquette is getting in its first 2027 recruit Marlon Martinez
The Marquette men鈥檚 basketball team has its first commitment in the 2027 recruiting class. Marlon Martinez, a 6-foot-5 inch guard who plays for the Academy of Central Florida in Orlando, announced his decision to play for the Golden Eagles on social media on Aug. 7. Martinez formerly attended Bishop Loughlin High School in New York, and he competed on Puma鈥檚 Pro16 AAU circuit for the Rhode Island Elite.
