Rummel adds transfer QB with an SEC commitment, and whose father, brother have Saints, LSU ties
Four-star quarterback Colton Nussmeier has transferred to Rummel to play his final high school season. The Georgia commitment is the son of New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier. His brother, Garrett, is a former LSU quarterback now with the Kansas City Chiefs after being selected in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL draft. Colton鈥檚 transfer came after the University Interscholastic League in Texas ruled him ineligible following his move from Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas, to Ryan High in Denton.
