Men鈥檚 & Women鈥檚 Soccer Programs Earn Academic Award from USC
8/7/2026 11:27:00 AM The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men’s and women’s soccer programs both earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year. In order to qualify team’s most post a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. In total, 777 teams (451 women, 326 men) were recognized by the USC. UW-Whitewater was one of the 175 schools that had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized. The women’s team, coached by Dan Montanye, recorded a 3.48 grade point average. The men’s team, coach by Tony Guinn, recorded a 3.31.
