Mazzarelli, Leen, and Sommer Selected as Skyline Scholar Athletes
NEWBURGH, N.Y. 鈥� Three Mount Saint Mary College student-athletes were named Skyline Conference Scholar Athletes for the 2025-26 academic year, as announced by the conference office on Thursday afternoon. Representing the Mount were Marco Mazzarelli (men’s soccer), Kenny Leen (men’s lacrosse), and Stefanie Sommer (women’s swimming), who were recognized for their outstanding achievements both in the classroom and in competition during the 2025-26 season. Mazzarelli put together one of the most decorated seasons in program history, earning Skyline All-Conference First Team and All-ECAC Second Team honors while also being named a CSC Academic All-America Finalist.
