NORMAN, Okla. – The Nicholls State University men's golf team earned recognition for its success in the classroom as it was a recipient of the 2025-26 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). A GCAA-record 331 schools across six divisions earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award. A team must post a collective 3.2 grade-point average or higher for the academic school year.
