Men鈥檚 Golf Receives GCAA PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award
Men's Golf | August 5 NORMAN, Okla. 鈥� The Northern Illinois University men's golf team is a recipient of a 2025-26 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Wednesday. The Huskies were one of 88 NCAA Division I programs to earn Presidents Special Recognition for having a team grade point average of 3.5 or higher. NIU had a team GPA of 3.732 for the 2025-26 academic year. This is the second time this week NIU Men's Golf has been recognized by the GCAA for it's achievement in the classroom.
