Heart of America release The Heart of America announced its 2025-26 Scholar-Athletes and St. Ambrose had 29 student-athletes on the list. The honor recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement while competing at the collegiate level. To be eligible for recognition, student-athletes must: Be a varsity student-athlete. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Have completed at least 60 credit hours (undergraduate and/or graduate). Have attended the nominating institution for at least two semesters prior to nomination.
