BALTIMORE, MD – Johns Hopkins head track and field and cross-country coach Bobby Van Allen has announced the hiring of Zach Brown as the program’s new assistant coach. Brown will oversee all sprints, hurdles and relays. “We’re thrilled to welcome Zach to our coaching staff,” said Van Allen. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our program combined with a tremendous history of development of talent.” Brown arrives at Homewood with an extensive background as both an elite athlete and a collegiate coach across multiple NCAA divisions, including stints at Stevenson University and, most recently, Towson University.
