TROY, Ala. - Troy men's basketball added center Afonso Pacheco to the 2026-27 roster, head coach Adam Howard announced Thursday. Pacheco spent the past two seasons playing for E.C. Pinheiros, where he helped his team to a 30-8 record in the NBB in 2025-26, Brazil's first division basketball league. Pacheco averaged 4.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in 11.5 minutes per game while helping Pinheiros finish as the NBB runner-up.
