Six Calallen players named to TSWA Class 4A all-state baseball team
After advancing to the UIL Class 4A Division I state championship game for the third consecutive season, Calallen placed a Coastal Bend-best six players on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 4A all-state baseball team. The Wildcats were represented by first-team selections Collier Carroll at pitcher, Dallin DeBellas at catcher, Drayson Gamez at shortstop and outfielders Drayton Mitchell and Reese Rusher. Blake Quinn earned second-team honors at first base.
