MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Weems takes over a Lady Dawg team that went 1-9 in district play last season. Former head coach Brett Schneider stepped down in July. He comes to Midland from McCamey following a great season in Upton County. The Lady Badgers went 14-11 and won a share of the Class 2A - District 6 title under his leadership.
