Women鈥檚 track and field honored by USTFCCCA for academic achievement
NEW ORLEANS — The Bates women’s track and field team was honored last Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for their achievements in the classroom. The Bobcats achieved a team cumulative grade point average of 3.67, good for All-Academic Team honors from the USTFCCCA. The minimum threshold to be named an All-Academic Team is a 3.1 GPA on a 4.0 scale. In addition, six Bobcats were named USTFCCCA Women’s All-Academic Athletes.
