St. Cloud Adds Former Captain Meier as Assistant
July 29, 2026 CHN Staff Report St. Cloud State has hired Spencer Meier as an assistant coach. He steps into the new staff now led by another alumnus, Nick Oliver. The former Husky captain joins the staff after a one-year pro playing career and two seasons as an assistant coach at Sartell High School. Since 2022, Meier has hosted an annual summer hockey camp for youth which annually services hundreds of aspiring Central Minnesota hockey players. The Spencer Meier Hockey Camp has morphed into a full-time business, 320 Hockey, which provides high-level training, leagues and resources accessible in central Minnesota....
