CALGARY – University of Calgary Dinos men’s basketball forward Martynas Sabaliauskas is returning to Europe after signing his first professional contract with Culture City Weimar in Germany. The Vilnius, Lithuania native joined the Scarlet & Gold for the 2023-24 season and appeared in 63 career games across three seasons in Canada West. In his final campaign in 2025-26, the 6-foot-8 forward averaged 7.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 16.3 minutes across 16 regular season games, shooting 44.1 per cent from the field.
