LEXINGTON, Va. – First-year VMI Director of Track and Field and Cross Country LaRon Bennett announced Tuesday his cross country program's 2026 schedule. For the fifth year in a row, the Keydets will begin the season at the Spider Alumni Open hosted by the University of Richmond September 5 at Pole Green Park in Richmond.
