Evan Oliver joins the UC Riverside men’s basketball program as an assistant coach for the 2026-27 season, bringing collegiate playing experience, professional competition and player development expertise to the Highlanders. Oliver was a four-year scholarship student-athlete at California State University, Chico, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from 2020–24. Following his undergraduate career, he continued his education at California State University, San Bernardino, working toward a master’s degree in education.
