Women’s Lacrosse Collects IWLCA Academic Honors
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The MIT women’s lacrosse team received both individual and team academic honors from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA). The Engineers placed a program-record 14 student-athletes on the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll and MIT was among 357 schools across NCAA Division I, II, III, and the NAIA to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
