SANTO DOMINGO – Incoming Harvard softball first-year Amanda Thompson is chasing the Olympic dream this week in the Dominican Republic, as the two-way standout is representing the U.S. Virgin Islands at the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Thompson and the U.S. Virgin Island's started off the competition in dominant fashion, taking down Cuba, 7-0, on the opening day of the tournament.
