CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State outfielder Josh Proctor has been selected as the West Coast League's Player of the Week on Monday. Proctor, competing for the Ridgefield Raptors, went 9-for-22 (.409) with four home runs and 10 RBI. He also drew seven walks to record a .551 on-base percentage. The soon-to-be sophomore reached base all six times to the plate – including two home runs - in Ridgefield's 16-3 win over Bend on Sunday.
