Football Comets Third At 7 on 7 Saturday
The varsity football Comets of Greenville High School participated in a seven-on-seven event at Maroa-Forsyth last Saturday. The Comets performed well, placing third overall. They defeated Clinton, Peoria Notre Dame and Maroa-Forsyth. Coach Jimmy Romack said the Comets did a good job competing, executing many good plays. In addition, the linemen did an excellent job in the lineman challenge, according to Coach Romack.
