Purdue Rolls Past Vancouver Selects in Opening Contest
VANCOUVER, B.C. - Gicarri Harris and Antione West Jr. scored 20 points apiece, while Purdue made 15, 3-pointers in a dominant 102-63 victory over the Vancouver Selects at Langara College. The Boilers finished the first half with a commanding 60-35 lead, after a 33-point first quarter including six triples. The largest lead of the game for the Boilers was 97-53 on a Jacob Webber pull-up jumper from the right elbow.
