July 25, 2026 Duisburg, Germany - At this year's U23 World Rowing Championships, Braden Howard and the South Africa Men's Four made history, placing sixth in the A-Final for the country's best finish in the history of the event. Howard and his crew placed third in their heat, narrowly advancing to the A/B Semifinal.
