MACOMB, Ill. – The Western Illinois University women's basketball program continues to excel both on the court and in the classroom, earning a No. 6 national ranking in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) 2025-26 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Rolls. The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes women's basketball programs across the nation that achieve the highest combined team grade-point averages during the academic year.
