EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE women's basketball Head Coach Samantha Quigley Smith has named Veronica Sheffey as a graduate assistant coach for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Sheffey, a native of Woodinville, Washington, comes to SIUE after completing her final playing season at TCU, where she helped the Horned Frogs to an Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA Championships.
