ATLANTA鈥揟he NJIT women's basketball team earned a Special Mention by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) for the team's academic excellence for the 2025-26 academic year, the organization announced. NJIT boosted a 3.537 cumulative grade point average and ranked just outside the Top 25, but received one of the WBCA's Special Mentions.
