Sihan Sandhu , a rising junior at North Carolina, makes his PGA TOUR debut this week at the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minn. Sandhu qualified for his first professional start by winning the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational in April at Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Ga.
