ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Navy men’s basketball head coach Jon Perry announced today that Scott Wagers has been promoted to the position of associate head coach for the program. “Having worked with Scott for many years,” said Perry, “I have always admired his character, work ethic and commitment to excellence.
