TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State right-handed pitcher Colby Morse has signed a free agent deal with the Frontier League’s Evansville Otters and will begin his professional career with the organization in the coming weeks. Morse wrapped up his Indiana State career earning Missouri Valley First Team All-Conference honors following a standout performance in the 2026 season. The Harrisburg, Ill. native finished second in the MVC in appearances (27), eighth in the MVC in saves (3), and posted a 4-3 record with a 4.23 ERA over 44.2 innings pitched.
