FRISCO, Texas — Longwood women’s golfers Avery Nordman, Abigail Sheldon and Chiara Wippert have been named WGCA All-American Scholars for the 2025-26 academic year, the organization announced. The WGCA recognized 1,551 women’s collegiate golfers across all divisions as All-American Scholars, honoring student-athletes who have excelled both on the course and in the classroom. To earn the honor, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher, remain on their team’s roster through the conclusion of the season, and compete in at least 50 percent of the team’s regularly scheduled rounds through the conference championship.
