Albert Roblez Taken by San Diego In 2026 MLB Draft
CORVALLIS, Ore. 鈥� Oregon State right-handed pitcher Albert Roblez has been selected in the 16th round, 485th overall, by the San Diego Padres Sunday in the 2026 MLB First-Year Player Draft. Roblez spent three seasons at the NCAA Division I level, pitching for UNLV and Long Beach State before coming to Corvallis. He finished his collegiate career with an 8-6 record and 3.67 earned run average in 56 appearances, seven of which were starts. He posted 18 saves, with 14 coming during his lone season as a Beaver.
