First Round of the 2026-27 MAC-SBC Challenge Announced
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference and Sun Belt will begin the fourth season of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Monday, November 2. The MAC-SBC Challenge was recently extended through the 2028-29 season. The men’s basketball team travels to Louisiana for the first round, while the women will host South Alabama. The second round, scheduled for Saturday, February 6, will feature Sun Belt women’s teams hosting MAC opponents and MAC men’s teams hosting Sun Belt opponents.
