Cougars release cross country schedule for 2026
The University of Regina's cross country teams announced their 2026 schedule on Thursday afternoon. The Cougars will compete in the Dakota Challenge at Whitecap Dakota First Nation and in the Western Canadian Challenge in Vancouver before running in the Canada West and U SPORTS meets on Oct. 31 and Nov. 14, respectively.
