BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Football has signed kicker Michael Smith and defensive back Alan Gbee. Smith joins the Hilltoppers as a transfer from Florida A&M, while Gbee comes to The Hill from Moorpark College. Smith appeared in 16 games over the 2023 and 2024 seasons for the Rattlers, mainly kicking off. He attempted 88 kickoffs for 5,310 yards – an average of 60.3 yards per attempt – with 37 touchbacks.
