BOONE, N.C. - The App State Track & Field trio of Lilly Nichols, Ava Studney and Thomas Wlazlowski earned Academic All-District honors from the Collegiate Sports Communicators (CSC) organization this week. All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To qualify, a student-athlete must be a key contributor who earns at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and is at least a sophomore both academically and athletically, while holding a top 50 regional ranking in a single event.
