Report: Jaguars, tight end Brenton Strange agree to three-year extension
The Jacksonville Jaguars are locking up a key piece of their offence. Tight end Brenton Strange signed a three-year, $48-million extension with $25 million guaranteed, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported on Wednesday. Strange enjoyed a breakout campaign last season despite being limited to just 12 games, posting career highs in catches (46), yards (540) and touchdowns (three). The 25-year-old, who's entering his fourth NFL season after being picked in the second round of the 2023 draft, has totalled 91 grabs for 986 yards and six scores with the Jags.
